Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-7 yrs)
Job Summary:- The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in meeting targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Build and manage a team of sales representatives from outside the company to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff and newly recruited team members.
Qualifications and Skills:-
Education:- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of total work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
A minimum of 1 year of core life insurance experience.
Age:- Between 21 to 38 years.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
