Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
Assistant sales managers assist sales managers by overseeing the sales staff and developing and implementing strategies to improve company sales. They are employed by the sales department of retail, wholesale, manufacturing, electronics, or automotive companies.

Experience: Mini. 3 experience required in any sales and marketing
CTC: Up to 4.50 L/A + Incentive + Other Benefits
Key responsibilities -
- Exceeding sales quotas.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Qualification and skills
1. Bachelor's degree preferable
2. Required minimum 3 years of experience in field sale
3. Excellent communication and negotiation
4. Strong leadership ,coaching and monitoring skills
5. Handeling a team members and achieve the target with the help of your team members
