Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
Responsible for leading a team of sales development to generate high-quality leads and sales opportunities for company .the role involve developing sales strategies ,coaching team members ,and optimizing the sales funnel to drive revenue growth

Key responsibilities -
- Recruitment ,training , and mentor a team
- Provide coaching to improve sales techniques and productivity
- Responsible to finding new clients and achieve sales target with the help of your team members
- Work with seniors sales leaders to align sales development efforts with business goal
- Ensure proper qualification of leads before handling them off to the sales
Qualification and skills
1.bachelor's degree preferable
2.Required minimum 3 years of experience in field saleS
4. Strong leadership ,coaching and monitoring skills
5. Handling a team members and achieve the target with the help of your team members
