Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
- Conduct market research
- Have to sell life insurance through your team
- Field demonstration (FODs).
- Ensure product knowledge by Life Insurance ways of training
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Candidate profile :
Qualification : Graduation Compulsory
Experience : Min 3-5 years of experience in Sales Field Work
CTC : Up to 4:00 LPA + Incentives
