Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)

We are looking for :
1] 2+ years of experience managing Sales Development.
2] Strong working knowledge of inbound and outbound prospecting methodologies.
3] Proven skill set of identifying great talent and scaling a successful team.
4] Bachelor's degree is required.
5] Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
6] Excellent leadership and communication skills.
7] Experience in project management and/or sales.
8] Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
9] High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
