- Managing organizational sales
- Developing a business plan that covers sales
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

Required Candidate Profile :
- 3 to 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing in BFSI sector 1 year in life insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving skills
Salary:
2.50 to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
