Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
- Hiring by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Position of Team Leader.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.
- Takes major decisions for his team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Requirements :
- Local candidates
- Age: 24 to 38 years
- Excellent in communication
- Experience: 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and 1-year experience in life insurance
- CTC: 3.20 LPA + Incentive + Medical Benefits + Other benefits
- Qualification: Any graduation
