Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (3-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with three years of sales experience, including at least one year of selling life insurance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Employ, train, and mentor salespeople to ensure superior results and performance.
- Develop and put into action a sales strategy to achieve your company's growth and revenue targets.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to exceed performance and sales goals.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with your clients to advance your business.
- Monitor and assess team performance, sales data, and market trends.
- Oversee team members in sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
- Work closely with senior management to align with company strategy and objectives.
- Check for compliance with business and insurance industry regulations.
- Establish and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- To locate and grab new business opportunities in order to grow the clients.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of one year of experience selling life insurance is required, along with three years of field sales experience.
- Proven capacity to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Strong team management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, bargaining, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as a team leader.
- Competence with CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong familiarity with life insurance policies and procedures.
