Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities
- Determine opportunities for selling and accurately assess consumer demands
- Compile and expand on superior project and industry expertise.
- Recognise the requirements and preferences of your customers and tailor buy opportunities to meet those demands.
- Arrange to meet with possible customers.
- Arrange and conduct suitable project and service demonstrations and presentations.
- Handle grievances or objections and negotiate or complete deals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, giving brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction top priority.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
