Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
To succeed as an Agency Manager, an excellent interpersonal and organisational skills necessary. Suitable Agency Managers should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image of the agency's brand.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Continually train and assist members of the sales team.
- Life long earnings if you can put in some good, and honest efforts in the initial year.
- Become a respected Professional through honest and transparent financial advice provided to the client.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
- Responsible for meeting sales quotas and deadlines for closing weekly and monthly sales.
Required candidates :
- Active listening skills.
- Min 2+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing.
- Qualification : Graduation mandatory.
- CTC : 3.45 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit.
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years.
