Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Leadership : Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Management : Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to track sales performance and drive accountability within the sales team.
- Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization to enhance sales processes, productivity, and efficiency.
- Management : Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in sales operations.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
