Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
As a Assistant Sales Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- By effectively leading the sales team, you may achieve growth and meet your sales goals.
- Assemble, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales people.
- Hiring future leaders and financial advisors.
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Control the year-end and month-end closing procedures.
