Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Achieve or surpass sales goals in the designated district.
- Create and put into action successful sales techniques to break into the educational sector.
- Find and seize fresh business prospects with universities, colleges, and other learning establishments.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with influential decision-makers at academic institutions.
- Recognise the particular demands and specifications of every school setting and offer solutions that are suited to them.
- Assure a high degree of client retention and satisfaction.
- Lead educator training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Write up reports on a regular basis regarding sales activity, successes, and difficulties.
- Examine sales data to pinpoint areas that need improvement and modify plans of action accordingly.
- Implement products and clearly convey their advantages.
- Maintain client pleasure, which will boost revenue and client retention.
- Gather input on current products and competition research.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
