Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Building and sustaining relationships with customers by establishing brand loyalty.
- Introduce, build, and maintain new products.
- Locate and investigate untapped markets as well as lucrative business prospects.
- Create a company plan, assess its viability, and find new, lucrative product lines
- Development management for key accounts
- In charge of managing relationships with dealers, growing the current dealer and distributor network, and overseeing the network of dealers and sub-dealers.
- Managing the network of dealers,updates market trends, makes changes to products, plans, and regulations,
- Creating new customers while retaining credibility with current ones. a major emphasis on their ongoing improvement
- Enhancing the sub-dealer network led to a rise in the brand product availability penetration.
- To keep an eye on and manage credit recovery and terms.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
