Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Setting up appointments for our sales team as well as prospecting, creating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads.
- Develop lead generation strategies in concert with the sales and marketing team to provide chances for new leads.
- Starts and takes part in sales team new business pitches, and follows up on their own with the lead prospect.
- Finding the decision-makers among the targeted leads in order to start the sales process.
- Getting acquainted with every service and product that Internet Soft provides.
- Drawing in new customers by managing and inventing the company's sales procedure
- Speaking with customers to learn about their wants and provide solutions for their issues.
- Building enduring, fruitful connections with both present and future customers
- Achieving and surpassing weekly and monthly goals
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
