Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
By performing research, making cold calls, and participating in online networking activities, you can identify and prospect possible consumers.
- To find the best solution for their needs, qualify leads and learn about their goals, timeframe, and budget.
- To overcome objections and close sales, explain to prospects the qualities and benefits of your product or service and respond to their inquiries.
- Build and nurture connections with current clients to promote recommendations and repeat business.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Generating revenue from both new and current clientele.
- Create the schedule and budget based on the needs of the client.
- Oversee intricate talks with executives at the highest level.
- Establish rapport and enduring connections with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
