Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Build trusting connections with important client stakeholders at the mid- and senior-management levels.
- Collaborate closely on marketing materials and cause studies with other internal teams as well as counterparts on cross-territory prospects.
- Recognise market trends and the competitive environment
- Recognise and convey the company's technology, procedures, value proposition, and ongoing partnerships.
- By putting marketing strategies into practice and examining trends and outcomes, determine annual unit and gross profit plans.
- Create annual sales quotas for each region and territory based on forecasts to establish sales targets.
- Estimating anticipated revenue and profit from both current and potential customers
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying up to date with competitors, economic data, shifting trends, and supply and demand.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
