Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Meet annualised new premium and case count business targets.
- Obtain new clients using a variety of sales techniques
- Take part in hiring and disciplinary procedures for staff members.
- Establish and share sales targets in line with organisational objectives.
- Assign responsibilities and oversee employees to uphold performance requirements
- Keep an eye on sales conversations and offer advice on tactics
- Continue to communicate with clients to learn about their needs
- To improve tactics, apply learnings from market research and performance evaluations.
- Hold regular training sessions to inform the staff about new product releases.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
