Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Make sales over the phone to promote life insurance
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with prospective clients
- Locate and seize fresh chances for sales
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals
- Work together to optimise sales procedures and strategies with the sales team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guarantee that every customer has a great experience.
- Finding new sales prospects and establishing contact with them by cold phoning, emailing, and attending networking events.
- Creating quarterly sales reports that include important benchmarks, patterns, and highlights; evaluating data to enhance sales tactics along the funnel.
- Evaluating leads produced by the marketing department and creating a prospect's down-funnel path.
- Arranging and participating in discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, contacting previous customers, gathering feedback.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
