Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Finds prospects and assesses their standing in the market; investigates and evaluates available sales channels; and determines business opportunities.
- Promotes items by getting in touch with potential customers, building rapport, and offering solutions.
- Gathers, evaluates, and summarises data to create reports.
- Building his own network by hiring people and educating them about the company concept.
- keep an eye out for stockpoint and customer-related problems and work to find solutions.
- Supports group effort by doing relevant tasks as required.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
