Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Find and seize fresh business prospects.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with clients.
- Introduce and market goods and services to prospective customers.
- Provide customers with appropriate guidance and comments.
- Share market requirements to aid in platform development.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Create and deliver proposals and presentations for sales.
- Work together with other departments and the sales team.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
