Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with regional clients.
- To increase the number of clients, find new leads and prospective clients.
- Carry out market research to learn more about the requirements and preferences of your customers.
- Recognise the qualities and advantages of our products and give clients accurate product information.
- Give presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Within the designated zone, meet sales goals and targets.
- Get in touch with clients again to make sure they're satisfied and to address any concerns they may have.
- Stay abreast with innovations and trends in the industry.
- Ensure that all sales activity and customer interactions are accurately documented.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
