Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Attend to walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements
- Handle product and service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction by providing superior sales support.
- Continue to uphold exceptional standards for visual merchandising and shop condition.
- Maintain a properly stocked store
- Determine what clients require and desire
- Suggest and present products that meet the demands of the consumer
- Greet and welcome clients.
- Oversee point-of-sale operations
- Take an active part in accepting fresh shipments.
- Stay current with product details
- Describe the characteristics and benefits of the product accurately.
- Remain impeccably presentable.
- Keep the store's surroundings tidy and organised.
- Adhere to all company regulations and guidelines.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
