Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Accountable for the territory's annual and quarterly revenue
- In charge of accomplishing market share goals
- Find, cultivate, and seize fresh, strategic sales possibilities
- Compile market intelligence data on rivals, costs, available products, and market share.
- To assess each headquarters' performance using data from the Field Force Reporting Software and, if necessary, take remedial action.
- To oversee and oversee the hospital and detailer network and guarantee that all clients receive efficient services.
- To recognise and assess various channel prospects for various markets
- Efficiently monitor and manage the sales process to ensure timely documentation and sales closure within the designated time limit.

Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
