Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Create a sales strategy, implement it, and accomplish your top-, bottom-, and customer-related goals.
- Develop a value offer for potential customers and market the organization's brand in designated areas.
- Regularly review the sales plan and, along with the CEO, take appropriate action to make modifications and policy changes.
- In accordance with established SLAs, maintain and publish a sales database and MIS on a regular basis.
- In charge of accomplishing the personal goal.
- Gather and publish client feedback on a quarterly basis using pre-established mechanisms.
- Conduct research, comprehend the dynamics of the external environment, and its consequences for the organization's present and future plans. Recommend any necessary strategy modifications.
- Follow the pertinent procedures and guidelines set forth by the organisation.
- Assemble and oversee a team, assigning tasks.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
