Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Carry out marketing initiatives for channel partners to increase revenue and establish confidence in the marketplace.
- Reach the distribution channel's zonal revenue target for each and every product.
- Attend to walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements
- Handle product and service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Oversee producers' daily operations to guarantee a robust pipeline.
- Mentor and assist agents in growing their business through cross-selling
- In charge of guaranteeing the caliber of applicants
- Encourage and mentor the producer in all policy-related activities
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
