Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Go for sale visits, acquire new customers and maintain accurate records
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
- Meet sales target and maintain customer relations
- Prospecting customers and generating leads.
- Researching organizations and individual's online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Develop and implement market strategies for mapped clients.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
