Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Determining sales targets and creating sales plans.
- Conducting lead generation and prospect research.
- Making phone, email, and in-person contacts with current and prospective clients.
- Responding to complaints, queries, and questions from clients.
- Getting bids and proposals ready and sending them.
- Using specialised software to manage the sales process.
- Constructing and keeping up a CRM database.
- Achieving monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
- Attending meetings with the sales team.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
