Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Assume the initiative to generate revenue through sales initiatives. Sell display space to meet your financial and strategic goals.
- Seek out chances and create new business
- Establish connections within the sector.
- Make proactive phone calls to prospective clients and carry out systematic, routine follow-ups
- Follow up with leads and general inquiries, responding to them quickly and effectively.
- Gain in-depth market expertise to steer the exhibition's course and make sure no opportunity is overlooked or not actively sought.
- Create a sales strategy and periodically assess it, taking the business environment and market changes into consideration.
- Conduct research on client connections and evolving industry trends to advise the organisation.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
