Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Leads the team of sales representatives.
- Ensures that quotas are fulfilled by inspiring and motivating the sales staff.
- Examines, examines, and evaluates operational and sales data; projects revenues, establishes goals and profitability, and locates possible new markets.
- To effectively guide sales efforts, determines and evaluates consumer preferences.
- Defines sales teams' quotas and assigns regions.
- Conducts needs assessments with prospective clients to determine what tools, materials, or services would best suit their requirements.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
