Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions & Duties:
- Snag, educate, and onboard insurance brokers.
- Provide continual performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring to the team.
- Provide agents with specific goals and sales targets.
- Hold frequent training sessions to increase your understanding of the products you sell and your sales strategies.
- Encourage and give agents the tools they need to reach their full potential.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
