Job Description :
- Creating new markets and bringing in new business to the region.
- To oversee the sales activities in the designated area and hit the region's revenue and profit goals.
- Accountable for recruiting, developing, and maintaining team talent.
- Review and assess the group
- Keeping in touch with key accounts
- Planning to use a strategic study of the product mix and market segment mix to meet the sales goals.
- Completing and negotiating medium- to large-sized business agreements.
- Building a customer base within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and seeing chances for expansion are long-term goals.
- Assemble information about rivals, potential risks from rivals, and countermeasures to combat those threats.
- To inspire the team to embark on challenging tasks that will produce greater outcomes for the company.
