Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Provides distributors and sales agents in designated territories with training.
- To serve as a liaison between the distributor and the business by supplying product inventories and stock updates.
- Presenting firm offerings and increasing brand awareness by visiting current and new clients within a designated sales territory.
- Tracking the sales team's performance and encouraging members to reach or surpass sales goals.
- To oversee members of the sales team every day and offer direction when required.
- Manages employee disciplinary actions when necessary and in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Keeps an eye on active accounts and keeps in touch with the account's main contacts on a regular basis.
- Strives to boost the territory's sales growth at a predetermined pace set by the business.
- Coordinating primarily with sales representatives.
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
