Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Details :
- We are recruiting an Assistant sales manager who will be in the role of creating and managing a group of insurance sales representatives who achieve sales goals.
Job Roles :
- To establish a solid advisor base, find and hire qualified advisers.
- Develop the organization's potential for revenue, create, implement, and manage internal and/or external sales strategy and processes.
- Promote the organization's products and services to new and current clients
- Leading the business's sales initiatives and resolving challenging insurance problems
- Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions
- Create sales strategies, action plans and budgets
Candidate Profile :
Any Graduate
Age : 22 to 38 years
- 2 to 4 year experience in Field Sales and Marketing/BFSI
- Great Networking abilities.
- Excellent time management skills
