Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Stay informed about luxury products, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand history, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Utilize advanced selling techniques tailored to high-end clientele, including consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, visually appealing, and reflective of the brand's luxury image.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking and tracking sales trends to optimize product availability.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
