Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales representatives, and executing strategic sales plans for the Nagpur region. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the security system integration industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel within the Nagpur region
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the Nagpur region
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report on progress to senior management
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements
- Stay updated on industry developments and recommend innovative sales techniques to stay ahead of the competition
- Achieve Sales targets.
