Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Why To increase insurance sales, establish and preserve solid ties with financial partners.
- Promote insurance products via a variety of channels to meet sales targets.
- Assist and instruct bank employees in cross-selling clients on health insurance products.
- Oversee the whole sales process, including lead generation, policy issuance, and post-purchase servicing.
- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and with new customer bases.
- To maintain client retention by making sure that clients' continuing expectations are satisfied.
- Overseeing all daily sales operations, such as prospecting, service agreements, proposals, and market expansion.
- Track and evaluate sales results to guarantee expansion and financial success.
- Respond to client questions and concerns about our goods by offering technical advice and experience throughout the sales process.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales lor marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
