Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing as well as new onboarded clients
- Develop and grow prospects and existing customers
- You will focus on building relationships with dealers, retail outlets, builders, and kitchen designers, focused on understanding customer needs and working to provide a positive buying experience that drives revenue growth
- Proactively engage dealer and retail partners across your assigned territory to sell Cabinetworks products. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate kitchen cabinet solutions
- Initially focused on expanding existing accounts and growing market share
- Regularly interact with the outside sales teams to drive sales and ensure market coverage
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Regularly communicate strategic and tactical information to sales leadership regarding competitors impacting assigned responsibility
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Utilize Salesofrce.com to track customer interactions and your sales pipeline
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
