Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager - Sales - Insurance to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Roles:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents
- Hiring, Training, and Motivating team members
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduate/MBA
Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
