Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Create a pipeline and preserve enduring connections with potential clients.
- Use resources and tools for sales to find new leads and cultivate connections with potential customers.
- To supplement the company's core trade sales with higher sales and distributions in a variety of markets and categories.
- Provide entire interior solutions to leads and current clients to increase business.
- Closely collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial limitations.
- Find fresh company prospects in order to create opportunities.
- Ensuring distributors arrange and complete orders on schedule.
- Plan and execute the yearly plan's organisational objectives, which include increasing volumes, market share, profitability, and the organization's overall growth.
- Managing dealerships within the designated area and examining the sales procedure.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
