Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Create and implement marketing and sales plans to hit goals in the allocated area.
- Visit distributors frequently to build rapport and promote sales expansion.
- Find and develop new channel partners to increase market penetration.
- To improve distribution coverage, assign retailers to distributors in order to grow the distribution network.
- Review business operations every month to make sure that corporate policies are being followed.
- Assign distributors to retailers in order to improve product availability and brand visibility.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandator
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
