Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:
- Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in on-field sales functions.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Is a resident for at least 3-5 years.
