Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Project sales, create "out of the box" sales models and methods, and assess their viability
- Assess the abilities and requirements of your clients and establish fruitful, enduring connections.
- Fulfil individual and group sales goals.
- Analyse accounts, produce sales leads, and pursue them
- Keep up with the newest advances by attending meetings, sales events, and trainings.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
