Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and lead an advisory group
- Educate the group on product and method
- Oversee the agents' and team leaders' performance and productivity.
- Complete sales from leads that the team members have created.
- Create MIS reports and oversee the sourcing and use of databases
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
