Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Do your homework, find possible customers, and establish enduring connections with them
- Encourage potential customers to give you a call or schedule a meeting to talk about insurance products.
- Offer clients advice on the insurance plans that are most appropriate for their needs.
- Tailor insurance plans to each client's needs
- Give newly authorised policies to clients and go over the advantages and disadvantages of each.
- After significant life events, reevaluate the policy needs of current clients
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
