Roles and responsibilities :
- The duties of an assistant sales manager typically involve motivating the sales staff to reach daily goals. He or she will record daily sales data in the database, input the sales daily target in the database, and report these data to the manager.
- His additional responsibilities would include reviewing the sales made, comparing them to the planned target, and motivating the sales team to maintain the index records.
