- Build a Cohesive unit through recruiting and developing agency sales managers and distributors.
- Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.
- Build and monitor sales process of Licensing, coding and activation of distributors.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Train team members on selling products
