Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
