Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are seeking a sales manager who will be in charge of inspiring and guiding a group of people to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that our insurance products are sold
- Ensuring that qualified advisors are hired and trained
- Communicating evolving customer needs to upper management
- Reaching out to untapped clients
- Managing insurance agents and monitoring performance; and promoting the company's goods and services to both new and existing customers.
Conditions
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, have at least one to two years of field sales and marketing experience, be between the ages of 21 and 38, and have strong communication and marketing skills.
