Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the agency channel that aligns with the company's work.
- Create and deliver appealing presentations and proposals that are suited to agency needs.
- Conduct extensive market research to discover and prospective new markets and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, and product development teams to provide uncomplicated support to agency partners and increase their product portfolios.
- Create and deliver training programs and materials that will provide agency partners with the information and tools that they need to sell effectively.
- Participate in industry events, and networking gatherings to represent the company and develop our agency channel.
Candidate Requirements :
- 1+ year experience in any sales industry.
- Education : Graduate.
- Age : Between 22 and 38 years
- Strong sales skills and excellent communication skills.
